Xi Dach, or Vietnamese Blackjack, is a thrilling game played with 2 to 6 players at a time, where the goal is simple – get as close to 21 points as possible without going over. Players compete against the Banker, starting with two cards and deciding whether to draw more based on strategy and risk. The game introduces exciting rules like “ngũ linh” (winning with five cards), making every round an adrenaline rush!
Before you dive in, here’s what you need to know:
Rooms: Players can choose tables with different base betting levels.
Players: Up to 5 Players + 1 Banker can participate.
Objective: Get a hand value closest to 21, or hit special combinations for instant wins!
Once you’ve selected your betting room, it’s time to jump into the action!
At the start of each round, the Banker deals two cards to each player and themselves.
Once all cards are dealt, players manually flip their cards.
If there is no instant win (Blackjack or AA), the round proceeds in turns.
Players have the following options:
➡ ️ Stand – Keep your current cards and end your turn.
➡️ Draw – Take an additional card to increase your total.
➡ ️ Stop – End the turn if you hold more than two cards.
Your decision will depend on your card value and the risks you’re willing to take!
After all players have taken their actions, it's the Banker’s turn:
The Banker can choose to Draw, Check a specific player, or Check All players.
The Banker can continue hitting or checking until they’re satisfied.
Once the Banker decides to check, the results are determined, and winners are paid according to the rules.
Instant Win cases (Blackjack, Double Ace) automatically resolve at the start!
Now, let’s talk about the best hands you can get and what they mean:
If your first two cards are AA, you win instantly.
Payout: Win 2x the bet, and the loser pays double.
If your first two cards are an A and a 10/J/Q/K, you win instantly!
Payout: Win 2x the bet, but weaker than Double Ace.
If you hold 5 cards without busting, you win over all other hands except instant wins.
If two players have 5 cards, the lower total wins.
If your total is over 16 but under 21, you’re safe and still in the game.
If your total exceeds 21, you bust and automatically lose.
If you Stand or Stop with less than 16 points, you lose instantly and must pay 2x the bet.
If both players are Younger Bust, it’s a Push (tie).
